Emma Selby is a multifaceted writer, designer, event planner and communicator who always strives to create something meaningful. Emma thrives when she’s in the middle of planning and executing an event with lots of moving parts — always with a strong cup of coffee and brand new pens by her side. On more lax days, you’ll find her illustrating impactful graphics for P&G’s social and blog on her iPad.
Emma is a graduate of Michigan State University’s College of Arts & Letters, with a bachelor’s degree in professional writing. As an undergrad, you could find Emma writing and planning events for ing, a student-run arts and culture magazine; editing for the student fashion magazine VIM; and writing, shooting and directing short films.
You can count on Emma to catch you up on ever-changing digital trends and to over-dress for every occasion. Emma stands for encouraging and uplifting women in the workforce — especially minorities.
- Incorporating research in child development, wrote and developed theologically robust curriculum for elementary-age students, including around 200 lessons, hundreds of videos and illustrated graphics for digital, print and projection.
- Created social media content and campaigns for a New York Times bestselling author with over 28,000 Instagram followers to increase engagement and following. Coordinated travel and speaking engagements, fielded media requests and wrote blog posts to promote book launches and maintain digital presence.
