Who we are

Olivia Thaler

Communications Intern

Background

Establishing supportive and energizing relationships with colleagues and clients fuels Olivia Thaler. Well, that and a grilled chicken pita with garlic sauce. As Communications Intern for Piper & Gold Public Relations, Olivia takes pride in putting everything she’s got into helping others.

Olivia is dedicated to work that inspires social change and community innovation. Living in Lansing, she’s excited to see the impact of her work in the region. As a student, she’s excited each time she learns a new PR skill because it helps her envision what it looks like to work in the field.

Olivia is a sophomore at Michigan State University, majoring in public relations and creative advertising with a minor in business. In addition to her role at P&G, she is a public relations specialist for VIM magazine, the student-run fashion, beauty and lifestyle magazine at MSU.

When she’s not working, Olivia enthusiastically embraces all things girly — shopping, hair, makeup and nails. And you can find her in the kitchen experimenting with her latest Ina Garten cookbook. She’s originally from Oxford, Michigan, where her family lives with Winnie, their English cream golden retriever quarantine puppy.
